Prototype: the camera captures the document image. A production SHINE backend should
OCR the document, validate its authenticity, encrypt it, and verify the identity with an
approved government/KYC provider.
Browser camera cannot read a physical fingerprint. This module is the visual biometric
flow; production SHINE should use the device's secure biometric API / WebAuthn or a
certified fingerprint reader rather than storing raw fingerprints.
